Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Europe, Mexico, and Chile. We are working on expanding our logistics to more countries soon.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by region:
Europe: 5-10 business days
Mexico & Chile: 10-15 business days.
How can I track my package?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Payments & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely via Stripe.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the shoes in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.
How do I initiate a refund?
Please contact us at ye18159941198@gmail.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

How do I choose the right size?
VeraStep shoes follow standard European Sizing. We recommend ordering your usual size. If you are between sizes, we suggest going up for a more comfortable fit.
Where are your shoes designed?
Our collection is designed in Europe, focusing on premium materials, minimalist aesthetics, and everyday comfort.
